Note: All orders might not be instant. Some might take a while. Mostly in less than an hour. Therefore, you are encouraged to EXERCISE PATIENCE once you place your order 

1. Your Responsibility

• Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing the correct 10-digit recipient phone number for the right package you choose (e.g., 0241234567).

• No Refunds for Errors: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases sent to an incorrect number provided by you.

2. Placing Orders

• Multiple Orders: To ensure timely delivery, please wait for your first order to complete before placing another order for the same quantity. We are not responsible for and will not refund additional orders placed simultaneously if they are not delivered.

• Prohibited Numbers: We cannot process orders for MTN Turbonet, Broadband, Blacklisted, or EVD SIMs.

• Personal Use Only: This service is for personal use.

3. Order Support

• Reporting Issues: If an order is marked “Completed” but the data has not been received, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours. We are not liable for issues reported after this period.

• Disputes: If your complaint about a completed order is rejected, please provide a screenshot of the recipient’s current data balance via WhatsApp for further investigation.

4. General Terms

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
